Users are understood to have the required technical skills to install and operate the device on their own. That includes, among other things:
- Reading and following the user manual and other official instructions and explanations
- Being familiar with the console and it’s quirks (like video cable types, memory card handling, region locks, etc)
- Ability to operate a PC and required software, as well as SD cards, card readers/writers and size adapters
- Knowing how to safely operate home electrical appliances, especially in presence of children and/or pet animals
If you do not feel comfortable with that, do not buy. I can only provide limited technical assistance to help out people suspecting their device to be faulty.
